RemChief Terms of Use

Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Dravec Industries LLC, the company that makes RemChief. By using RemChief, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use RemChief.
Who can use RemChief
You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in, and for everything done through your account.
What RemChief is, and what it isn't
RemChief is a personal planning tool. It sorts what you tell it, suggests plans, and drafts messages for you to review.
RemChief is not:
- A safety or fitness for duty tool. Sleep and rest estimates are rough guesses from your schedule. They are not medical advice, and they don't replace your own judgment or your employer's fatigue rules. If you're too tired to drive or work safely, don't.
- For emergencies. Never use RemChief to report or respond to an emergency. Call 911.
- Connected to your employer. It doesn't know your official schedule, and nothing in it changes your actual shifts. Always go by your employer's scheduling system.
- A sender of messages. RemChief drafts messages. It never sends them. You decide what to send, and you're responsible for what you send.
AI can be wrong
RemChief uses AI, which can misread a date, pick the wrong shift, or suggest a bad time. Check every plan before you tap Apply, and check every draft before you send it. You decide what happens to your schedule.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store it and process it only to run RemChief for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only enter information you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Don't use RemChief to break the law, harass anyone, store information you're not allowed to have, try to access other people's accounts, or interfere with how the app works. We can suspend accounts that do.
Changes and availability
RemChief is new and still changing. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. RemChief is free right now. If we add paid plans, we'll show the price and billing terms before you're charged, and you won't be charged unless you agree to them.
Ending your account
You can stop using RemChief and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend access if you break these terms.
No warranty and limits on liability
RemChief is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Dravec Industries LLC is not liable for missed shifts, missed appointments, lost data, or other indirect damages from using RemChief. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, such as for intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Before filing a claim, you agree to email support@remchief.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If it isn't resolved, any lawsuit must be filed in the state courts in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and both of us agree to those courts. Either of us may use small claims court instead if the claim qualifies.
Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
