RemChief Privacy Policy

Who we are
RemChief is a product of Dravec Industries LLC, a Louisiana company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what RemChief collects, why, who else handles it, and how you can delete it.
What we collect
- Your email address. We use it to sign you in with a one time code. There are no passwords.
- What you put in. Brain dumps, shifts, tasks, routines, deadlines, notes, and shift changes. This can include names of family members, coworkers, and other people in your life, and details about your schedule.
- Things RemChief creates for you. Sorted items, briefings, new plans, and message drafts.
- Basic technical data. Sign in session data and standard server logs, like the time of a request. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
We use your information only to run RemChief for you:
- Sign you in and keep your account secure
- Sort your brain dumps, build briefings, and plan around shift changes
- Send you sign in codes and, later, reminders you turn on
- Fix problems and improve the app
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with your employer.
Information about other people
When you mention someone, like a child you pick up from school, their name and the details you enter are stored in your account. Only enter what you need, and only information you have the right to share. RemChief does not contact anyone. Message drafts are only sent if you copy and send them yourself.

About the AI. When you tap Sort it, I'm off shift, or Make a new plan, the text needed for that request is sent to Anthropic to process. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this content to train its AI models. Anthropic keeps it for no more than 30 days, unless it needs to keep something longer to enforce its safety rules or because the law requires it.
About Speak instead. Voice input uses your browser's own speech recognition. In some browsers, including Chrome, your voice is sent to the browser maker (for example Google) to turn it into text. That is covered by your browser's privacy policy, not ours. RemChief only receives the text. If you'd rather not use it, type instead.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if Dravec Industries or RemChief is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. Items you delete are removed from your list right away. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it by emailing support@remchief.com. You can also do it yourself in the app by tapping Delete my account.
Security
Your data is stored with access rules so that only your signed in account can read it. Connections to RemChief are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't store things like passwords, bank numbers, or Social Security numbers in RemChief.
Children
RemChief is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 who uses the app. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
